At Heart and Crown Wellness, we employ sound therapy, including gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, and other globally curated instruments, to create a peaceful, harmonious space to connect clients to connect wit their innate healing abilities. These practices, rooted in the belief that all life vibrates at different frequencies, can address emotional and energetic stagnation that may lead to health issues. Supported by scientific evidence, sound healing can positively affect mood and well-being, which is amplified by conscious intention.
